Returns & Refunds policy

At LiveMind, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fair policies. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all training programs, workshops, counseling sessions, and camps.

1. Cancellation Requests

• Training & Workshops: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund.

• Camps & Retreats: Cancellations within 10 days of booking are eligible for a refund after a 10% processing fee.

• Counseling Sessions: If canceled 24 hours before the scheduled session, a reschedule will be offered. No refund for no-shows.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.

• Any applicable bank or transaction fees will be deducted.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before a program).

• Partial attendance or non-participation after registration.

• Digital course materials or pre-recorded sessions.
